The Coinberry Platform's scheduled upgrades have begun.

While we will work hard to be up and running as soon as possible, the Coinberry website and app may have periods of extended downtime on a rolling basis while these upgrades come into effect over the course of up to five days.

As such the Coinberry website and app may not be available to you periodically while these upgrades take place.

Please note the following important info:

- All pending withdrawals and limit orders have been cancelled and will need to be re-submitted when our service is back online.

- Instructions for accessing your account on the new platform: When you login on the new Coinberry platform, you will receive a Reset Password email. You must complete the password reset in order to access your account. Additionally, your 2FA will be reset to SMS. You’ll be able to re-enabled authenticator apps once you’ve logged in to your account.

- REMINDER: As part of the upgrade the following coins will no longer be supported on Coinberry: GALA, SNX, TRX, NEAR, ALGO, LRC, ENJ, SAND, KNC, AVAX, ATOM, SHIB, BAL, YFI, ZEC, GRT
